If your machinery burns diesel fuel, Emissions Technology is the solution for you.  Our CCS products are designed to operate on all types of off road, diesel machinery, regardless of size.

Our robust solutions are designed to operate in the most demanding environments, where unforgiving terrain, extreme temperatures and harsh weather are simply a rite of passage.  Emissions Technology has “ruggedized” its products to endure everything from electrical surges to rigorous shaking and pounding.  In addition, our products can accept different voltages from an array of electrical systems in order to accommodate the wide variety of diesel equipment presently serving the off road construction industry.  

Our DC-102 and DC-202 CCS have a sealed, high impact shell that protects all internal components from the environment.    The CCS can be installed in less than one and a half hours, and maintenance is even faster, taking less than one minute to replace the catalyst bottle.  The bottle should be changed after every 400 hours of operation.  A clearly visible red light alerts operators and/or mechanics to an empty bottle.

• Each unit is equipped with the following:

• A digital hour meter that tracks time between catalyst bottle replacement and total run time

• A flashing LED indicator to alert the operator/mechanic that the catalyst bottle requires change out   

• A ruggedized, environmentally-sealed plastic shell that houses all internal components

• A temperature-resistant wiring harness to prevent unwanted electrical surges

• The yellow box, (pictured below), is the protective shell equipped with a clear lens to view the status of the Digital Hour Meter and Indicator Light.
