Product specs:
Our DC-103 &
DC-203 CCS have a protective shell that has been sealed to
protect the electrical and pump components against very fine
dust, fluctuating environmental conditions, and have been double
locked and sealed for safety to keep you saving and reduce your
polluting on the job. Our DC Series delivery system has a pump
designed of the highest quality available and happens to also be
use under hospital conditions intended not to fail under very
serious circumstances such as life threatening operations.
Meanwhile, our DC Series products have been designed with the
“busy” and “production oriented” fleet operator’s needs in
mind. The Combustion Catalyst System is easily installed in 1
to ˝ hours or less depending on the application to get your
machines back in operation to profit more and pollute less. In
addition, the maintenance of the CCS systems are as simple and
quick as a one minute change of a catalyst bottle every 400
hours upon a clear red light indicating a bottle change so your
operators can simply add the CCS to your daily machine check
list.
We understand
diesel fleet managers have a lot of details to keep track of in
order to maximize their fleet’s production and optimize profits;
therefore Emissions Technology has made it easy for operators to
know when the catalyst bottle requires changing to eliminate
downtime to maintain fleet savings and emissions compliance. Our
digital hour meter has been employed for simple notice of bottle
changing. Similar to the oil light alerting the operator, that
it is time to change the oil, our DC-Series CCS has put an AMBER
light on our unit to notify the operator that 400 hours has
passed and it’s time to change the bottle. The digital hour
meter will display a 400 while in operation, if you push the
reset button below the clock once, it will track between the 400
hour timer and the total running time of the unit. At 400 hours,
the LED light will flash to indicate a catalyst change is
needed. The reset button will reset both the 400 hour clock and
the Light Indicator Light up our upward counting clock. A three
wire electrical connection - (ground, ignition power, and
battery power) the 400 hour Amber Indicator Light will remain on
when the catalyst needs to be changed, even if the engine is
off. This feature will also allow you to reset the hour meter,
or just view the hours on the unit with the engine off to know
how soon the bottle change is required to notify you if you are
close to the 400 hours but happen to be in between maintenance
cycles. To ensure this feature is working, there will be a heart
beat blinking light in the lower right corner when the engine is
off.
