Benefits of the UltraBurn™ Catalyst System
STATISTICS
We have conducted extensive 'performance demonstrations' on all types of diesel equipment over the past years. Both laboratory testing and in-field testing have included exhaust emissions reductions, fuel reductions, vibration reductions, and soot oil reductions.
FUEL SAVINGS
The UltraBurn™ Combustion Catalyst System product is an innovative exhaust emissions reduction solution for internal combustion engines. The UltraBurn™ System achieves low emissions levels and improved engine performance due to a more complete combustion where it offers the most benefit, in the combustion chamber.
Increased performance means increased production and profits, whether it is achieved with HORSEPOWER INCREASES, FUEL SAVINGS, EXTENDING ENGINE LIFE or REDUCED POLLUTION enabling longer operating hours. Other benefits that have been associated with the Combustion Catalyst System are IMPROVED CYCLE TIMES, SMOOTHER RUNNING ENGINES, LESS CARBON BUILDUP which all add up to better operating equipment and less down time.
Some achievements seen both in the field and in testing conditions are:
EMISSION REDUCTION
Diesel emissions are certainly a target of the EPA, CARB, state governments, and many local air quality groups. Smog, acid rain, ozone depletion, rising asthma rates, cancer, and now heart problems are, by many scientists, being attributed to what lies at the end of a diesel exhaust pipe. Diesel engines are cited with producing 26% of total hazardous particulate air pollution, and a surprising 66% of on-road particulate production. They are also credited as the source of 20% of total indoor nitrogen oxides (NOx) and responsible for 26% of on-road NOx.
Ultraburn™ systems are already helping companies comply with emissions limits by reducing exhaust gases and black smoke (particulate matter) up to 70%, reducing carbon monoxide up to 60%, and NOx up to 29%. SAE J1667 particulate matter (PM) tests have showed decreases up to 80%. The Combustion Catalyst System technology can enable any large diesel engine user to pollute less and produce more.
