Ultraburn™ Catalytic Aerosol: More Power-Less Pollution
ETI has developed the UltraBurn™ catalyst technology to introduce a Platinum group based combustion catalyst formulation, in an aerosolized form, into the induction stream of Hydrocarbon fueled combustion engines. The Platinum group of precious metals has been looked to as the premier source material for the catalysis of harmful by-products from the combustion of Hydrocarbon based fuels. They form the foundation for the most effective interfacial chemical emission reduction systems in use today, i.e. catalytic converters. The science of UltraBurn™ technology is founded on the research and development of Platinum group applications over the past forty years.
Our application of the combustion catalyst with tiny amounts (in parts per billion) of Platinum, Rhodium (of the conventional catalyst converter) & Rhenium are the main element components of the catalyst. The UltraBurn™ Combustion Catalyst System essentially places these active components, as an aerosol, into the combustion chamber of the engine, via a connection to the air intake manifold, thereby improving combustion characteristics. This allows for a more complete consumption of the short and long chain Hydrocarbons during the combustion event thereby increasing the combustion efficiency. This increased efficiency greatly reduces the amount of harmful gases produced and increases the amount of energy generated during this event.
